1. Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions. If required, add a few drops of oil to get to a creamy, smooth consistency. Pour into a disposable piping bag, tightly twist to ensure none comes out, and snip the end. Carefully fill 2 large monstera leaf mold and the small straight leaf molds. 2. Leave to set, then carefully remove from the molds. If you break a leaf, don’t worry—a small dab of candy melts will stick it back together. Place on a mat, and using an equal mix of the navy and heather dusts and a dusting brush, lightly dust around the edges of each leaf and up the center. Be careful to dust any excess off your brush using a kitchen roll.
