1. Begin by rolling out some white fondant, no less than 3mm thick. 2. Pass the grooved roller over the fondant to mark it with the grooves and then trim to size as shown. Ana notes: The three smaller sizes of pearls correspond to one groove each, but the 8mm pearl will require two grooves. So, although you are using four different sizes of pearls, you will need five grooves in total. 3. Cut the strip to 40 cm in length and bend to shape like a horseshoe. 4. Apply the edible glue/water to the inside of the first groove. 5. Using the drageekiss® pearl applicator, place a pearl into the groove, adding the 4mm pearls one by one and keeping the pearls as close together as possible.
