摘要

The time dependent dislocation density variation during static recovery process was modeled. Different types of recovery processes due to dislocation climb and cross slip were formulated and embedded in the cellular operator code for primary static recrystallization simulation of aluminium alloys. The effect of stacking fault energy of the material on the recovery, recrystallization growth velocity and kinetics were evaluated. The extent of concurrent static recovery during industrial annealing process was simulated.
