摘要

More information is needed about med-arb, a process this author strongly advocates. In an effort to build a base of knowledge about an ad hoc process that raises eyebrows in the commercial conflict resolution profession, the results of a survey, provided below, support the position that med-arb can be deployed efficiently and effectively to resolve business disputes. Problems with med-arb inhibiting the mediation part of the process can be ad-dressed by skilled players. The process can and does work.
