There's still time for last-minute registration for the June 8-9 CPR Institute basic mediator training.rnThe comprehensive session will be held at the CPR Institute's offices at 575 Lexington Ave., in New York City. The training will be held both days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.rnTrainees completing the course are eligible to receive 17 Skills and one Ethics CLE credit. The cost is $1,295. An agenda is available at the Training tab at www.cpradr.org.rnThe trainer will be Margaret L. Shaw, a longtime instructor at CPR training events. Shaw is a neutral in JAMS' New York office, and is a former Cravath, Swaine & Moore litigator.rnThis course is nontransitional. The CPR Institute has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York [July 14, 2007-July 13, 2010]. CPR is a nonprofit organization. Under financial hardship guidelines, at its discretion, CPR may waive the fee for attorneys who demonstrate that they are not currently employed (but not retirees). CPR also may provide a special discounted price to attorneys, full-time judges and administrative law judges practicing in the nonprofit and public sectors full time.
