JOHN TRAVOLTA 'Spirit of Friendship' Tour'

On August 28, 2002, after flying 80 hours and 35,000 nautical miles (65,000km), Hollywood superstar and pilot John Travolta completed a round-the-world tour promoting Australian carrier Qantas Airways. During the tour, which went by the name of the 'Spirit of Friendship', John piloted his personal Boeing 707-138B to 13 cities in ten different countries. When it rolled off the Boeing assembly line almost 40 years ago, the aircraft, VH-EBM, was delivered to Qantas Airways of Australia. Now owned by John Travolta, it currently wears the registration N707JT.
