PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friendship condition detection program or the like capable of quickly detecting change of a user's friendship condition, such as a symptom of bullying or being excluded from the group.SOLUTION: A friendship condition detection program of the invention is installed in a network terminal such as a smartphone which is possessed by a child. When the friendship condition detection program is started up, the program logs-in an account of the child in an SNS server being an information exchange site automatically, for acquiring a latest number of friends of the child, and pieces of text data such as a comment and message which are written to the account of the child. When it is determined that, the latest number of friends is significantly reduced relative to a number of friends in the past, stored in the network terminal, and there is a symptom of bullying in the text data, it is determined that the symptom of bullying is detected, and notification is sent to smartphones which parents of the child possess.
