Boeing Boosts B737 Production

Boeing is to increase production rates on the Next-Generation B737 family from 31.5 to 34 units per month in 2012. The manufacturer said the rate increase is aimed at "satisfying continued strong demand" for the aircraft family, which includes the -600, -700, -800 and -900 variants.
