Thai Airways, Thailand's flag carrier, has secured a 12-year commercial loan denominated in euros to finance the delivery of one new A330-300. The deal closed on February 28. The Development Bank of Japan and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation are providing the commercial debt. BNP Paribas is facility agent and security trustee. Thai mandated the banks last September.
