In the previous article (Volume 14, Issue 1 of the Air Pollution Consultant), I introduced the topic of netting under the December 31, 2002 new source review (NSR) rale revisions (the 02 Rule), and the situations under which recalculation of emission changes may be required. In this article, I continue that discussion.
