Revisions Proposed to NSPS and Emission Guidelines for Large Municipal Waste Combustors

On December 19, 2005 (70 FR 75348-75369), EPA proposed to revise the new source performance standards (NSPS) and emission guidelines for large municipal waste combustors (MWCs). The proposed rule would update the emission limits in the NSPS and emission guidelines, make changes to the required operating practices, and revise performance testing and monitoring provisions.
