Chinese Production Reassessed by Cessna

Cessna has scaled back its plans to assemble aircraft in China. In 2012 it announced that Citation XLS+ and Citation Sovereign business jets would be assembled by two subsidiaries of AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China, see Chinese Assembly Line for Cessna Business Jets, May 2012, p36) while Caravan single-engine utility turboprops for local sale would be assembled at a third site (see Citation XLS+ and Caravan EX to be Assembled in China, January 2013, p17).
