BA CityFlyer receives first E-Jet from Embraer

It was one of the quickest order fulfilments in the history of Embraer's so-called E-Jet range. BA CityFlyer placed an order with the Brazilian manufacturer, currently the third largest manufacturer of commercial aircraft in the world, in December of 2008. The E-Jet first entered service in March 2004 and Embraer has delivered 600 to date.
