Mexican Police Receive UH-60M Black Hawks

Three Sikorsky UH-60M Black Hawks (PF-108 to PF-110) were delivered to the Secretaria de Seguridad Publica (Ministry of Public Security) by the US Department of State on November 24, 2010, at Itzapalpa. They will be operated by the Polici Federal (Federal Police) and are the first of six due to be handed over under the Merida Initiative, a security co-operation agreement aimed at combating the narcotics trade, transnational crime and money laundering.
