After three Air Force C-130 pi-rnlots and crews from YokotarnAir Base in Japan finishedrnan exercise called CopernWest 10 in Indonesiarnin April, they wrote up evaluations ofrnHalim Air Base and other airfields fromrnwhich they had operated, assessing therncondition of runways, reliability ofrnelectrical supply, safety of fuel storage,rnand adequacy of parking ramps.
