In a move that has called into question Cargolux's China-hub strategy, the Luxembourg-based carrier has entered into the first dedicated freighter-and-combination-carrier agreement of its kind with Emirates SkyCargo, setting the stage for block space and interline agreements that will allow the two carriers to use each other's capacity for routes and capabilities beyond their own fleets.
