In this review I will examine what sexuality is, the fallacies and the facts of sexuality in elderly people and sexuality of people in institutions. I will also offer some solutions to some of the problems encountered. Whilst the term 'sex' refers to physical aspects, Particularly the act of sexual intercourse, 'sexuality' has a Broader meaning, encompassing not only the physical But also social and mental aspects.
