China is to begin work on the Zinder refinery in January as a condition of winning the contract to develop the Agadem field.rnAfrica Energy Intelligence has learned that the Chinese concern Dagang Surface Construction Company (DSCC) will be contracted by the China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) to build a 462 km pipeline to carry oil from the Agadam oil zone in eastern Nigeria to a new refinery at Zinder in the south.
