Balkoyor Jamal Bakor, Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Ivory Coast, paid a visit to Ivory Coast oil minister Adama Toungara on Jan. 11 to vaunt the merits of Saudi universities in the petroleum sector. Bakor promised to make it easier for young Ivoirians who wish to study at the university of Daharan in the west of Saudi Arabia.
