Kept under wraps for months, negotiationsrnbetween the boss of ERHC, PeterrnNtephe, and Kosmos Energy concerningrnblock 11 in Sao Tome have finally woundrnup. Under the deal Kosmos will operaternthe permit, whose production sharingrncontract was penned in 2014, and shootrn2D seismic in 2016.
