According to our sources, onJanuary 4, the British judge confirmedthe conclusions of an arbitration inLondon lost by ERHC at the end of 2018.When solicited by Total, the High Courtof Justice asserted that ERHC was thefull title holder of the Sao Tome &Principe block 4 ( AEI 831). By thesame token, the agreement madebetween ERHC and Total on October17, 2017, to lay down the terms by whichthe French major would enter the block,remains, according to the High Court,valid. ERHC, whose financial situationis very unstable, will have to reimburseTotal’s legal fees.
