Kosmos Energy adds two more Sao Tome & Principe blocks

Kosmos has signed up for another two blocks off Sao Tome & Principe (STP), doubling its quick entry to the region. Late last year Kosmos signed up for Block 11 and also for Block 6 in a partnership with Portugal's GALP (see AOG 29 October). Block 6 borders both Equatorial Guinea and Gabon while Block 11 is directly east of the island of Sao Tome and abuts Gabonese territorial waters.
