Dabaiba wants radars, drones and patrol boats to keep migrants ashore

Libya's Directorate for Combating Illegal Migration (DCIM), under Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dabaiba's control, has plans to build a vast surveillance network along the country's coast. The $500m project has already sparked interest from defence firms Leonardo, L3-Harris and Raytheon.
