"Africa's first diplomatic smart city" offering a "futurefocussedexperience" thanks to its "signature villas","respect for the environment" and "security systems":that is what Rahal Boulgoute's property developmentgroup Marita claims it can offer with its latest project,Resort Dar Essalam Gardens. Places in this "closedcommunity" just outside of Rabat have been on salesince the start of the month. The site is also supposedto house a boutique hotel designed and operated byMarriott, as well as a diplomatic city, purportedly createdin partnership with the ministry of foreign affairs to offerbetter accommodation to diplomats assigned to Rabat.
