Uranium: latest twist in Lotus Resources boardroom battle

The Australian mining firm Lotus Resources that owns the northern Malawi uranium mine Kayelekera has seen yet another episode of musical chairs and its all down to minority shareholder Grant Davey. On 22 June, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held at Davey's initiative (Africa Intelligence, 07/05/20) voted by an overwhelming majority to appoint him and Stuart McKenzie to the board.
