PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a lotus pipe and a lotus pipe connection duct sleeve that is almost free from restrictions due to an underground environment. PSOLUTION: A lotus pipe 100 includes sheath-pipe duct sleeves 101, 103, and a sheath-pipe duct sleeve fixing plate 106 for fixedly supporting the sheath-pipe duct sleeves 101, 103. The sheath-pipe duct sleeve fixing plate 106 has mounting parts 108 used for mounting with a duct sleeve 300. The duct sleeve 300 has mounting parts 312 for mounting a non-underground side opening 310 to the lotus pipe 100. Each of the sheath-pipe duct sleeves 101, 103 is inserted into the inside of the duct sleeve 300 from the opening 310 of the duct sleeve 300.
