In this paper, we consider a distributed iteration algorithm to process control allocation for spacecraft attitude regulation using multiple cellular space modules, each of which is installed with 3-axis actuators. In particular, this algorithm allows the control allocation procedure to operate in a distributed manner without any constraint on the selection of iteration step size. By comparison, an iteration algorithm from the existing literature requires a careful selection of a sufficiently small iteration step to guarantee its convergence. Numerical simulation results are provided, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
