Lockheed P-38l lightning N25Y is scheduled to be delivered to The Flying Bulls' magnificent glass display hangar in Salzburg, Austria, in mid-October. Flown again on June 3 following a three-year restoration by Ezell Aviation at Brecken-ridge, Texas, the fighter was on show at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum at Addi-son, north of Dallas, during September 7-14, before being flown to Galveston for loading on to a freighter. Damage recently caused to the Gulf Coast port by Hurricane Ike may well cause a delay in departure, which had already slipped after Flying Bulls chief pilot Sigi Angerer changed his plan to fly N25Y to Europe.
