The victoria chaper of the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia (AAAA) held its annual Christmas "Toy Run" on November 29 at Lethbridge Airpark, 20 miles north-west of Geelong. This year the antiquers were bearing gifts and raising funds for a local charity, MacKillop Family Services, a major child welfare provider in the state.rnAmong the variety of classic aircraft attending was Doug Hamilton's Albury, New South Wales-based Lockheed 12 VH-HID, thejudy Pay/Dick Hourigan Commonwealth Mustang A68-105 VH-JUC, three Stearman 75s, a selection of Austers, a DHC Chipmunk, a Ryan PT-22 and two former South African Air Force North American Harvards. At the end of a fine day, a truck full of gifts and more than A$5,000 (￡2,300) was presented to the charity.
