FAST gears up for the season

On april 25 at Antwerp/Deurne Airport, Belgium, North American T-28B Trojan N1328B made its first flight since arriving from the USA in a container in November 2010. At the controls was Frederic Vormezeele, whose warbird maintenance and training company, Flying Aces Services and Training (FAST), had reassembled and prepared the aircraft. Another T-28B, N343NA, arrived at FAST's hangar from Leesburg, Virginia, USA, at the end of April, and was due to fly by mid-May. Its owner is Jan Willem van der Flier, whose aircraft collection also includes North American TF-51D Mustang 44-72922/PH-VDF Scat VII, which arrived from the USA in November 2009 and is based with FAST at Antwerp.
