CAF Avenger Airborne

Following an extensive five-year rebuild, Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Grumman TBM-3E Avenger, Bu.91426, arrived at Culpeper Regional Airport in Virginia on May 27, where it is now assigned to the CAF's National Capitol Squadron, reports Richard Mallory Allnutt. The Avenger has been rebuilt by WW2 TBM radio operator Jack Kosko and his team in a workshop at Airville, Pennsylvania.
