Tex Tech Industries Inc has completed its acquisition of the coating and laminating operations of Highland Industries Inc, together with its defence-related business in the USA. The acquired businesses will be renamed Tex Tech Coatings LLC, will be based in Kernersville, North Carolina, USA, and will operate as a division of Tex Tech Industries of Portland, Maine, USA. Tex Tech Coatings will continue to manufacture and sell coated and laminated products for a variety of industries including aerospace and defence, industrial and medical, and will be led by its existing management.
