In this paper analysis of railway track components for increasing speed is carried out. Indian Railways were designed track components for 160 km/hr speed. It is intended to analyze same track components for speed of 250 km/hr. This 250 km/hr speed of analysis is decided to meet the requirements of High Speed trains for Indian track conditions. To go for analysis of track components there is need to study the design procedure; for which have historical development of track components with its design procedure for speed of 100 km/hr from international railway's authority. So there are three speed values 100, 160 & 250 km/hr for analysis of track components. Concept of High Speed trains is elaborated. Then the study of classical railway track, its design procedure is carried out. This design procedure will tell us about various critical locations, where to concentrate during analysis of three track components are Rail, Sleeper and Ballast. From design procedure, need to go for stress analysis at three critical locations of rail and pressure analysis of sleeper and ballast at its base. Static analysis of these track components will be done with the help of software ABAQUS. For software analysis modeling of three separate track components with its boundary condition is important. Boundary conditions are decided using mathematical modeling of railway track. Using data from Indian railways track components analyzed for three different speeds 100, 160 & 250 km/hr. Results are tabulated with its stress and pressure variation and compared with its permissible values with its stress and pressure variations.
