THE PERFECT STORM

In my last column, entitled "Change!?", I asserted that whether your world view was such that you were more inclined to treat change as a crisis, an opportunity, or some combination thereof - your mettle would be tested. Please forgive my apparent understatement. The political climate in Washington, D.C. has been hit by a "perfect storm" of change and the myriad impacts are just beginning to become known.
