The hyposmotic solution markedly increased I_K(Ca)and I_K(V). The increase of I-K(Ca)was markedly inhibited by Tetrathylammonium(TEA)4 mmol.L~-1 and charybdo- Toxin(ChTX)200 nmol.L~-1. The increase of I_K(V) Was incompletely blocked by TEA and completely Blocked by 4-aminopyridine(4-AP)10 mmol.L~-1. There was no significant difference between the ampli- Tudes of the increase of I_K(Ca)and I_K(V)(P < 0.05). Hyposmotic swelling increased both I_K(Ca)and I_K(V), and the increment was likely related to The cell volume regulation.
