Carel Group on the acquisition trail

Carel has acquired the entire sgare capital of both Recuperator SpA and HygroMatik GmbH, strengthening its growth strategy throughout Europe. Recuperator is an Italian company specialising in the design, production and consumption of air-to-air heat exchangers. HygroMatik was part of the group Spirax Sarco Engineering based in Henstedt-Ulzburg, near Hamburg and designs, produces and markets humidifiers and related accessories, in the industrial, commercial and wellness fields.
