Bond House: uncertainty still lies ahead

On 12 January the European Court of Justice (ECJ) finally brought to an end the three-and-a-half-year Bond House litigation saga. Or did it? Although the case now has to come back to the English High Court to hopefully be disposed of, Bond House and other traders have claims for interest, costs and statutory repayment supplement to pursue.
