Moore Stephens has failed in its bid to strike out a legal claim against it brought by creditors of failed trading company Stone & Rolls. But lawyers succeeded in getting the £85m claim substantially reduced in July when damages of £40m, relating to compound interest, were dismissed at the High Court.
