Ex-Hollinger chief financial officer John Boultbee, 64, was among those found guilty of fraud alongside media tycoon Conrad Black last month. Boultbee, a chartered accountant, had been a financial adviser to Black for more than two decades. He was described as the 'architect' of many of Hollinger's controversial tax strategies and spent lavishly on homes and classic cars. Boultbee was convicted of three counts of fraud and faces a maximum 15 years in jail.
