Regulations baffle businesses

Businesses are struggling to gather the tax information needed to meet new accounting regulations, according to Deloitte. Its report, Mind the GAAP, found that only 41% of the country's largest companies believe their accounting systems collect enough information to produce the tax calculation and disclosure required by regulations such as UK GAAP and IFRS.
