NEW CUSTOMER COORDINATOR ROLE

Customer relationship managers have been in place for certain large businesses for a number of years. The primary role of CRMs is to manage the relationship between HM Revenue & Customs and the business, across all taxes. HMRC has announced that from June 2010 it will be introducing the new role of'customer coordinators'.
