The Scotland Bill has now received Royal Assent. This may well be the beginning of a range of tax rates all operating within the UK. For Scotland, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has produced some frequently asked questions and a more detailed technical note, with further guidance expected to follow. But with many issues to consider it's certainly useful that implementation is a few years away.
