Former Tesco chief executive Philip Clarke is expected to be interviewed by the Serious Fraud Office over Tesco's £326m accounting black hole. Clarke, who left the giant supermarket last year after a slump in sales and a profits warning, is expected to be interviewed by prosecutors along with former commercial director Kevin Grace. The two former executives are expected to be spoken to as potential witnesses, but are understood to be under caution. This means that anything they say may be used in court at a later date.
