Chief finance and risk officers at some of Europe's biggest financial institutions (Fl) are warning that their organisations are struggling to meet the 1 January 2018 deadline for implementing the new and more transparent IFRS 9, Financial Instruments, standard which replaces IAS 39, Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement.
