Midlands accountancy firm PKF Cooper Parry has merged with Birmingham-based Clement Keys in a move which creates a new firm with a combined £30m revenue. The newly merged firm will trade as PKF Cooper Parry with a team of more than 350 people across two offices in the Midlands, headed up by PKF Cooper Parry's CEO Ade Cheatham. 'We have ambitious plans for growth in the Midlands and will be looking to quickly expand our Birmingham presence in terms of team numbers and expertise. 'We have immediately strengthened the partner team, with five new partners across audit, tax and corporate finance,' said Cheatham.
