INSOLVENCY REPORTING PROCESS CHANGES

New forms must be used for insolvencies, as the Insolvency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2017 are now in force, Companies House has confirmed. Since 8 December 2017, limited liability partnerships (LLPs) will be subject to the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 so insolvency practitioners administering an LLP insolvency must use Companies House forms from that date. In England and Wales, form 600 has been replaced with effect 9 December.
