Peterson Denies Reports On Looming Insolvency

Norwegian paper and packaging company Peterson AS has denied reports concerning looming insolvency. Several media sources including the Norwegian daily "Dagens Naeringsliv" had reported in late January that the company was negotiating with creditors to obtain direly needed additional finances. The report added that a bank had provided NKr50m by way of emergency funds to enable the company to pay its suppliers.
