Spatial and temporal patterns of the emerging tick-borne pathogen

Prevalence of infection with Borrelia miyamotoi in nymphal ticks from Dutchess County, New York, collected at 107 sites in 2011 and 53 sites in 2012. Data from the 51 sites sampled in both years are pooled. At each site, prevalence was estimated from a sample of 20-30 ticks
