Bio-Bentall with the AVNeo valve reconstructed on the back table before cardiopulmonary bypass. Can be constructed within a Gelweave Valsalva graft or standard Hemashield Dacron tube graft. Generally, the AVNeo template size corresponds to one size more than the graft (i.e., 20-mm Dacron tube = 21-mm size leaflets)
