Schematic plan. A patient suspected of BoT/A nonresponsiveness was recruited for frontalis testing and blood collection thereafter. Blood was sampled four times and subjected to ELISA. The first and third collections were performed prior to frontalis testing, while the second and fourth samples were collected 2 weeks after frontalis testing.
